1. What the agency does
Lang Horizon advises and supports students who want to study abroad or take a language course. We help you choose a programme, we support you through the processing of your file, and we submit your application to the institution you have chosen.
Lang Horizon is neither a teaching institution nor an awarding body. The agency issues no qualification, grants no admission and plays no part in the decisions of the consular authorities. Tuition fees are paid directly to the school or the university: Lang Horizon does not collect them on the institution’s behalf.
2. Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its texts, its visual identity and its interface elements belong to Lang Horizon unless stated otherwise. Reproducing, adapting or exploiting them, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
The names, trade marks and logos of our partner institutions belong to their respective owners. They appear here to describe the programmes on offer and no transfer of rights is implied.
3. External links
The site links to third-party sites, in particular those of our partner institutions and of public services. Lang Horizon has no control over their content and accepts no responsibility for it.
4. Liability
Information about programmes, fees, intake dates and admission requirements is supplied to us by the institutions. It can change without notice and does not constitute a contractual offer. Only the terms confirmed in writing by the institution are binding.
Lang Horizon does its best to keep the site available without guaranteeing uninterrupted access, and cannot be held liable for downtime, data loss or any damage arising from the use of the site.

6. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Algerian law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers.
